Our Story

Welcome to Selfora Booths!

We’re Carly & Jade, sisters, best friends and the proud owners of Selfora Booths – a family-run photo booth business based in Bedfordshire, operating across Hertfordshire, Cambridgeshire, and surrounding counties.

Selfora Booths was born from a desire to create something of our own while being about to spend as much precious time as possible with our young children. We’re both new mums, and like so many parents, we wanted to find a different career path – one that would give us the flexibility to work around childcare, whilst still allowing us to be there for all those unforgettable milestones and special moments as our little ones grow.

The idea for Selfora actually came about whilst Carly was planning her own wedding, which will be taking place in August 2027. Neither of us had ever realised that photo booths could be hired for weddings and events, and we remember joking at the time that it would be our dream job. Fast forward, and somehow that little joke has become our reality.

We’re incredibly grateful to have the opportunity to build a business together, doing something we genuinely love while creating fun, memorable experiences for other people’s special occasions.

Family is at the heart of everything we do. We’re an extremely close family, and we’re so lucky to have incredibly supportive parents who have encouraged us from the very beginning. They’ll be helping us along the way and getting involved wherever they can – making Selfora Booths truly a family affair.

We’re passionate about creating more than just beautiful photos. We want our booths to become part of the experience – bringing people together, creating laughter and capturing moments that guests will remember long after the event has ended.
